There’s a great software called Motion that I’ve been using for years. However, I tend to forget what it’s called, so this blog post is simply a google bait for myself. :-)

- enable daemon in /etc/default/motion
- edit /etc/motion/motion.conf
- access at :8081 or :8080 (for controls)
