Fredrik Wendt is an independent consultant who helps organizations grow their agility. He walks the walk by spending half his time coaching, teaching and mentoring, and the other half he takes part in actual development teams doing real development, contributing to software deliveries.

He’s part of Scrum.org’s world wide network of 160+ Professional Scrum Trainers, which aims to improve the profession of software delivery. Fredrik focuses on technical aspects of agility, but also shepherds the course and offerings around Scaled Professional Scrum.

In 2015 Fredrik was rated one of Sweden’s top 50 software developers and is a highly appreciated speaker. He organizes local user groups and conferences such as Scandinavian Developer Conference, Software Passion and Brewing Agile. He regularly presents at internal conferences as well as public ones, such as Agile Greece Summit, Scrum Gathering and Devoxx UK.

I help Scrum teams progress using something I call Scrum Pulse. We identify where they are now, find their possible next steps in evolving as a group, and how to enhance their skills in developing software. My classes and dojos always involves pair programming, address topics such as clean code, OO analysis, refactoring and system thinking as well as test-driven development and facilitating retrospectives.

Fredrik har lett över 100 deltagare genom Software Craftsmanship-kurser som levererat bestående beteendeförändringar efter genomförd utbildning.
